nope. I have never changed the ring on any of my LTSC installations.
I only use fast/slow/preview rings in virtual machines on pro/enterprise installations.

The offering of the 1903 feature update on a 2019 LTSC is a bug in the MSFT UUP system, it won't install.

@whatever127 explained it somewhere on the forum, or in a private convo, can't find it, it was months ago, iirc.

yes, use /add-package. and AFAIK only KB4486153 is needed.
at least, that is how I do it.

I know that 1903 is not offered for LTSC, next update is 2021 I guess... and therefor I was wondering what is this supposed to be!?

 

As I said, it's a bug. 1903 is the new version of Windows 10. The feature update is meant to be offered to non-LTSB/C users. It won't install.
