    well i heard that ltsc is the most clean version of windows 10 so yeah why not

    I don't know how the UWP control panel gets installed, my guess is that the driver somehow downloads it from the microsoft app store, but it does not need to go through the microsoft store (apparently).
    if I find the time, I will test this on a clean installation, installing the driver offline and observe what will happen when I go online afterwards.

    There is only one version of LTSC (you will not want to use N versions) the difference from one ISO to another is only the update that comes integrated.

    Yes, till he wants the next iso... did he need the en-US iso? Not seen it mentioned.

    Addition, i don't know why you included the "incomplete..." part, if that means my response to that glider suzuki, that's because i can't include any separate posting or partially completed iso post (and @LostED will be the first one to acknowledge that) at the OP.

    I already included the MSDN ISO Collection, even though it's only en-US & ru-RU.
