Got Enterprise 2019 LTSC 17763.316 ...... put updates in with wsus ...... then kb4537818 ...... and kb4523204 ...... Now i see Win 10 LTSC 2019 (1809) 10.0.17763.1075 . Did that actualy get me anywhere ? Or is it just useless crap / cosmetic ? How can i see what version i realy have and what updates are installed ? In the programes section it doesnt show all updates i put in .

No, it does not work. F*ckup from MS. "Update" does not apply. Upgrading to 190x Enterprise using ISO works, but you will lose the LTSC status. LTSC 2019 will be 1809 forever.
