usually they bring those kind of editions on the end of the beta stage

Never saw a LTSB being leaked/published, you probably mean the server OEM he once published,

Im not sure about it cos server gonnabe 2019
Like server 2016 and enterprise ltsb 2016

Look into basebrd.dll itself with strings.exe (or strings2.exe)
and it's better to check \.rsrc\RCDATA\1 file only

can't wait for this new version!
it will be running just as good as LTSB 1607, never had any problems and i use LTSB since the release of windows 10.

1-2 more months until it's out i guess?
