This happens even with RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization set under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion?
No, I don't believe you can do that in place upgrade thing from pro to enterprise. I think you have to upgrade directly from an enterprise ISO or do a clean boot install of enterprise.
Still downloading SingleLang edition to test This edition helps since it allows upgrade to Core, Pro and Education. Guys, I've just downloaded Windows 10 Final 1607 RS1 Build 14393 and have just done a clean install on my Desktop that previously had a genuine copy of Windows 10 on it before (using a Windows 8 Pro key) now for some reason I can't get it to activate. All I had to do before was to just install a new build of Windows 10 and it would automatically activate Help!
CoreSingleLang updates to Core, Professional, ProfessionalEducation, and Education now. They removed the ability to upgrade to Enterprise.
I heard they were extending free upgrade to people that had physical problems. Try searching the net for "accessibility upgrade windows 10"
fr_windows_10_multiple_editions_version_1607_updated_jul_2016_x64_dvd_9053866.iso and Win10_1607_French_x64 same file ?
It was never upgraded because you can no longer upgrade to Enterprise using the in place upgrade system.
