While this could be the one that gets serviced, it's always possible for there to be a new build this week.
There is no need for an online account. I don't use any of the online apps by msft and all single/separate apps that need login can be done separately, and i already have 80+ (virtual) devices/installs from the past registered at MSFT, because the IP logins are registered. Luckily the OfflineInsiderEnroll.cmd by @whatever127 exists now
I have added a Microsoft account to my Windows, but my account is still an Local account, but I can use all I want even with this local account.
OH OK NOT RTM THANK GOD Build 19041.1 from Windows 10 2004 (branch 20H1) is available for Windows Insiders in the Fast and Slow rings, bringing a handful of general improvements. There are still some known issues left to be addressed and the Windows maker continues to add the note that it is not done yet, which means there are still a couple of more builds expected before we finally get to the RTM build.
