I remember this error, it happened in the past ( a year ago maybe?). It gets fixed and reappears after a patch. For a year it stood fixed.

Only these 2 entries contain errors. Maybe it's because I keep Onedrive "disabled", i.e. not starting up with Windows.

 

nah, I only install from the genuine ISO, once each "RTM" release. I do disable Onedrive starting up though, as I have no use for it running 24/7.

 

No. I mean Windows Update and what is offered keeps changing, if not in a matter of hours, days anyway.
Windows as a Service, never perfect, just good enough.

 

Probably OneDrive not uninstalled/disabled correctly or somehow in a supported manner.

 

21H1 EP is going public in the next few hours? is that why when i fresh installed i don't have any live tiles ?

this newly released 2021-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5000842) containers the 2021-03 SSU KB5000981 [19041.903.1.4] that found earlier in KB5000842 CAB package? Or anything newer?

Also, another question to clarify, as per the new norms the MSU package contains both the latest LCU+SSU, so when installing via official MSU package, it is not needed to install SSU separately, where, in other way, when using CAB (DISM) for installation BETA updates, it's required to install separate first before installing the LCU?

Try rebuilding the icon cache

 

tried, still, not succeeded.

 

Go to deviantart there is Windows 10 Insider Preview Icon Theme and other stuf

 

I had to boot into winpe though to replace the mun files then after booting back into windows I rebuilt the icon cache

Update:
For better results I boot into winpe.
Replaced the mun files.
Deleted IconCache.db (%localappdata%)
Deleted all iconcache_xx.db (%localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer)

I'm confused by the 21H1 enablement packages that was listed in this thread so I would like someone to enlightened me.

Currently I have Win 10 19041 (20H1) ISO + 3 20H2 enablement .msu update packages. Which .msu packages I should download for 21H1 enablement and its prerequisites?
