    I install it, but in winver I got 19041.1, So I decided to install 19042.572 from disc.

    If you downloaded 19043.906 from UUP Dump that is literally not possible.

    Can anyone check and confirm that after LCU (19041.906.1.13) installation "Notepad.exe" is totally disappeared? Windows 10 Pro x64 Rus.

    It seems Wordpad.exe is disappeared too.. I cant't open .txt files :D

    They both in Windows Accessories folder in Start Menu.

    If you use the new windows10.0-kb5000842-x64.msu file, it's combined and you don't need the ssu-19041.903-x64.cab, correct?

    about kb4589212-v2 (Intel microcode updates) does this update already included in the latest CU?

    No, it is separate from the CU. There are good chances that you don't even need that update, but if it is offered on WU, then install it.
