Greetings.... I had the same error on two PC's and nothing worked. I finally did a Repair Upgrade using an ISO created from UUPDUMP and the sky is blue again. Just my 2 cents... Stay safe and away from COVID19 JCC2
No, there is no new update available, this week there could be Quality only preview updates released and new 19042.xxx ISOs don't know about msft planning on releasing 19043.xxx ISOs atm.
New IP updates on uup dump 1904x.962: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-622#post-1655693
Soo bottom line no new ISO will be relase at least 19043..xx because it's still not in RTM state yet. i think covid and reckless MS will be maybe release next weak, but probally in want be stable as should RTM be. dejavu.

Just curious in which order I would integrate all these updates into the respective wim files... I know I van use W10UI tool, but I want to learn a bit myself with my PowerShell script I have written over the years... Anyone an idea if I would integrate these updates manually myself using dism in which order they would have to be integrated in the following wim files ??? boot.wim winre.wim install.wim I presume the list starts with this for boot.wim & winRE.wim files: SSU Update WinPE SafeOS Update LCU Update DotNET Update For install.wim - I am unsure which is right order - please anyone help ??? Good idea - this way or any other better order of things to do ??? Or should the Flash removal update come after the Enablement (Edge Chromium) Package ??? What about the Defender Updates - after LCU or before ??? Same for DotNET update package too ??? SSU Update Flash Removal Update Enablement Package UX Feature Update LCU Update Defender Update DotNET Update Setup DU Update
While using UUP to build a fresh .962 image I pulled the .CABs out and installed them. I don't think I have ever seen a CU install this quickly and this is while the full .962 image was being built in the background.
