SVC_PROD prob. means "Servicing for Production use", in other words, it's not an insider build but a final one. OEMRET = ISO is primarily meant for OEM and RETail use (consumer ISO). Then, there are the VOL (Volume) ISOs meant for businesses. x64 = Architecture FRE = Free build (contains no debug code nor symbols). There are also CHK (Checked) builds that do.

Why isn't there a public release ESD for 21H1 (19043.985)? I only see 19043.928, which is pre public.
And 19043.928 is the one and only 21H1 build now offered to customers on Techbench and by the official MCT. And as long as it is 19043.xxx it doesn't matter, the xxx part is by cumulative updates, pre-release doesn't mean the same as in the past since 1903>1909 and 20H1>2>21H1.
