I don't think they say anything new other than pushing their paid ecosystem some more. MediaCreationTool.bat covers all the deployment I need these days
There's not a lot of new stuff. It's a bit more verbose about deployment fundamentals. I definitely don't expect readers to go through all 1159 pages to figure out how Windows Update works.

For the first time ever, the .CAB file failed to install with error 3 almost instantly (on 2 different systems) but the .MSU file worked without issue. I wonder what changed? Yes I did install the SSU first.
Windows Update (General Availability channel) has been delivering dynamic updates (DUs) with the last couple of LCUs. Today (3/22), it delivered KB5011577 (SafeOS) along with KB5011543 (19044.1620-LCU). I'm not sure one can use DISM to install a dynamic update to an online image. I'm aware that you can install dynamic updates to media like Uupdump ISOs, and then do an inplace-upgrade. So to get those dynamic updates, it may be preferable to run standard Windows Update to get them installed. Has anyone else checked on this? Edit1: I mounted the recovery partition and examined the WinRE.wim and it doesn't appear to have been updated by KB5011577. So why would MSFT deliver this DU, if they don't intend to use it to update the WinRE (SafeOS)? Edit2: In order to update the WinRE.wim, this image must be copied to a folder, mounted, and then manually updated using DISM. Then you have to put it back on the recovery partition. It was tedious, but possible.
