Hello, is there a way to prevent Edge from opening when you click IE ? I need to use the ''/savecred'' method because I use domain and the user doesn't have admin rights.
https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1809792 I'm using this simple cmd script Code: powershell -nop -win 0 -c (new-object -com 'InternetExplorer.Application').Visible=1
Yeah, but I need this to run as the local Administrator or at least run as admin, put the password once and be done. So the user can open IE as admin.
Windows 11 IS an issue. A big, privacy-invading one. And it officially requires a spyware chip to even function.
Windows 10 will reach end of support on October 14, 2025. The current version, 22H2, will be the final version of Windows 10, and all editions will remain in support with monthly security update releases through that date.
Error! This look so risky. Do the latest Dec 2023 ISO version make a larger WinRE partition? edit: Done, after resized WinRE partition by 250MB larger. @Enthousiast Thank You again for the links and instructions!
Does this January LCU incorporate Copilot? Or in other words, do I need to wait for someone to post whatever absurd method will be required to uninstall Copilot (á la Edge) before installing the current updates?
If you live in a country in which copilot is allowed to be present it should already be there. What do you mean with "á la edge"? It is installed by the lcu for quite some time now.
i think so far you can only hide copilot. havent seen how to uninstall. i guess it hides it and also services are disabled.
