Yes, i know. The recovery partition must be large enough and the WinRE must be activated. Otherwise the installation will not work over windows update. The Update contains the SSU, the SafOS and KB5034441. And the last one ist the problematic update, since ist must integrate in the MainOS, not WinRE. And the .exe also sems not to work. Don't know why. Even executed the Updates comes over WU. But no problems with the installation at all.

ReAgent was disabled on these systems, running a reagentc /enable and just letting Windows Update try to run it again cleared the error.
It's not needed if recent LCU /SafeOS DU is applied to winre.wim check WinREVersion under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion"
KB5034441 keeps failing to install on my Windows 10 21H2 LTSC installation (0x80070643). Got to love how you stay on the LTSC track to avoid all these frequent, less than ideally QA-tested Windows 11 updates, but still, Microsoft somehow manages to feed things to the LTSC that refuse to work..
Probably WU detect if the key exist and LessThan specific version you could also try to delete the value
