No, that's because the real build (19043) is registry only, all will show 19041. Not atm, maybe someone will help you with that. Yes, very sure. That's not a consumer <> business ISO content comparison, it's the difference between Pro (available on both official ISOs) and Enterprise (only available on the Business ISO). EDIT: missed the Pro and Enterprise in the consumer and business part, if you don't have a legit license for Pro, i would go for Enterprise or Education (available on the consumer ISO).
Anyone know why the business iso of the 1809 is still updated? The EOL was not to be May? Because If i take the standalone update to apply on the RTM, it doesn't install since june update, which makes sense.
If you are looking for offline processing of the image, you should use the proper distrbution. For online use, you can use the consumer version and enter the Enterprise VLK which is public after the installation, if this is what you want to use. Just an additional hassle.
That would make monthly update packages very large and cumbersome, as each one is a cumulative update from the original .1 build. They already are cumbersome, taking an age to install, and unless a new full build is released at some point, they will continue getting bigger. I know they try to deltas to keep updates down, but they still take a long time to install.
More or less for you, yes, but also for people who didn't really notice this change in the past couple months. I say "erase" because the update in question is inside the LCU anyways, so at this point having it separate inside the post seems like "bloat".

I've just created an up to date 21h1 iso using W10UI, and the resulting iso is labelled: "19043.1151.210724-1008.21H1H1H1H1H1H1_RELEASE_SVC_PROD3_CLIENT_X64FRE.iso"
