Delaying til the 10th isn't surprising. 10576 has probably been the worst post-10240 experience for me and it is definitely not ready to be pushed to everyone. Having issues on both my PC and laptop, laptop got a BSOD whenever a full screen Windows Metro App played video, and PC was having major issues with a Hauppauge OTA adapter with freezing video.

You mean upgrade from within the system? i don't know in build 10565, i upgraded Home SingleLanguage (not activated) to Pro using the default retail key and the Pro edition become activated automatically ( i have Digital-Entitlement license for it)
That is free digital entitlement. I was talking about Volume:MAK Enterprise. For (free) digital entitlement activation, you do not need anything. It will activate if key matched with the channel you upgraded from Win7/8.*. (Retail/OEM > Retail. Volume:GVLK/Volume:MAK > Volume:MAK)

Practically, for free Windows 10, you can swap the generic key with any key of different key type, and activate again. Then it IS it.
My older e6400 laptop is running great on this build. Having no issues and its very fast on my old Intel SSD drive. I completely stripped all the M$ Metro fluff and other junk from the image before I did a clean install. Booting up and logging in within a few seconds is amazing. And the system is only using 660MB of RAM. For Windoze that's pretty amazing!
