    I had the same thing happen to me....I even posted about it here right after this build came out

    That use to be an everyday occurence when Windows 10 was first in beta. Back around 9926. Nothing new. Happens with new builds all the time.

    Cortana does not work for me. Anyone here got any ideas??

    do you mean the Cortina search is broken?
    No problem here w/ that, the rest I have turned off though.

    No....
    This was the first time it happen to me....Never changed any setting for drives...
    Always had two drives in my system that where dynamic and never seen this before.
    I have now converted the two drives to basic and this build now see's the drives and I can access the info on the drives.

    Don't be surprised if no Build this week. This is Thanksgiving Week in USA and Dona is on Vacation with Family.
    Thanksgiving Day is on Thursday.

    Actually, I can run a search via the cortana search bar, however, if i ask cortana a question using the inbuilt mic on my PC, Its pretends as if its listening but errors out eventually

    am I wrong or 17040 has been pulled out? Neither UPPDL nor UUP dump find it anymore.
