Damn... tried to upgrade twice and got windows reverting back to the previous build... happened also with an ISO I created using UUP converter :\ trying to fresh download&install, hope its gonna work

Did a clean install and my Favorites won't sync. Have seen it be slow before and toggling the Sync Settings usually works but now there's a message in red that says I need to turn on Syncing but it's already on. Will bug it I guess.
I can't install this build, it start the installation and after the first reboot it stuck in Windows logo and nothing else happens, PC is freezed, including Keyboard lights, same that happened with 17040. error 0xc1900101 according to Windows Update history.
Both of my updates, the x64 Pro & 'S' version in Hyper-V, using WU, no problems at all, except the Hyper-V update took around 2+ hours longer than the Pro (host) update. I checked & the Hyper-V Manager version was also updated to 17046.1000 Included are a few new/different Spotlight images in both the Pro & 'S' flavors.
I finally checked the "What's New (PC)" link @ the OP. I didn't know this but incase anyone didn't either they are saying this is.. Windows 10 Redstone 4 10.0.17046 · Version 1803 · Redstone 4
What's new about that? Since rs3 is now official rs_prerelease will become rs4 in 2018, after that is official there will be rs5.
