    Yea. You need to install the package before you can have 9 SKUs certificates.

    RS4: (SAC)

    For some reason I can not get regedit to work. I copied over all the files it said it needed, but still get error the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

    You've missed this: System Core Functionalities, e.g. regedit.

    You don't need to install them all. Expand the UUP esds and find/install the one that includs "regedit.exe".

    Parent-Package:
    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package

    Child-Package:
    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package00
    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package01
    .
    .
    .

    GrandChild-Packages:
    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package0110
    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package01110
    .
    .
    .

    Check in WOW64 esds, If exists, install it too.

    If you don't know how to install a Child-Package by its mum in Parent-Package,

    e.g.

    dism /image:X:\MOUNT /add-package:D:\Downloads\Windows\WIN10\17650.1001\uup\zh-tw\amd64\Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package\Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package0111~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17650.1001.mum



    you need to extract it into cab from install.wim.

    3. Expand all Child-Packages

    4. Find regedit.exe again in all expanded Child-Packages

    5. Install the package(s) that has regedit.exe

    You need to ask developers to make a script that allows you to capture whatever packages in bulk, Online or Offline.

    I installed every package. I have all three files, and the WinSXS folder, but I still get one of those 0x0000 whatever errors, that it can't open.

    Try again to expand these 3 UUP ESDs and install by folder:

    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package
    Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-WOW64-Package
    amd64fre_Client_xx-xx_lp

    P.S. I cannot make it online (installed OK, but unable to finish updates, restoring), so I install them to install.wim before installation.

    When you passed through it, you can start to add GUI to Server(A)Cor.

    UUP ESDs are convenient. But without captured packages, you'll never know what they are.

    Not Cloud only.

    Replace those Preview files with RTM ones, then the Preview becomes "RTM" activation.

    (Preview) Watermark/TimeBomb --> (RTM) No Watermark/TimeBomb.

    Not easy. Needing experiments and experiences and skill tho.
