    Is it because it's 19h1_release and not rs_prerelease ?

    So now we'll not see new big features until 19h2 ?

    tbh disabled everything releated to auto protection, file checks, adware via GPedit and yet still theres some service that check/analyze every program i start - ie. state of app is "paused", it happens only when u start program after reboot, after that when u close and reopen same program u can notice alot faster response time (still its not same speed as before)

    Press Windows key + R to bring up the run box, and type optionalfeatures then click OK. Check Windows Sandbox, click OK again, and it will install. Your system will reboot twice, then you should have it IF you are on Pro.
