Fe (initial) builds were the original/initial build that meant for 21H1 which shifted to 10X later on, & as Enthousiast already mentioned, see the Win server (LTSB) recent release for example, you'll get the idea. Things still can be changed as MSFT didn't clear anything about 21H1. I just wanna see that whether they just release the EP & bump the existing build like they did for 20h1-20h2, or they release a base build from the 2xxxx branch.
It seems that mine changes as soon i enable bluetooth, file explorer icon changes to bluetooth on pro builds, Maybe look at the app that give you that icon. Definitely a bug however.
Probably didnt see the consequences of removing the legacy edge app, that app is linked to a few things even though we dont get access.
I would say that at this stage it looks like the fe_release will be dedicated to the LTSC releases - Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC and Windows Server 2022 LTSC, different than the regular Windows 10 SAC releases this time.
