No fix available & that bug is still not fixed by Microsoft. They'll fix it via Cumulative Update in future.
Safe_OS error, figures. I recall that one previous version had something like that and it was fixed shortly after the release. I also had the problem upgrading back then. So I will have to wait anyway.
