Not in my case. When AC adapter disconnected, brightness goes down to 40%, when reconnected to AC, britghtness goes up to 100% Latitude 7480 laptop.
No issue from my side. Install display driver(s) properly, the slider doesn't work until you install the proper driver(s) for your GPU and/ or iCPU
I've had no issues here besides having to disable the windows prefetch to install the last two CU's other wise I'd be stuck on my boot screen..... weird!!! The settings app, brightness and everything else works fine. It seems faster than 1809 in my eyes.

I'm finding that my blue light filter appears to be applied when i logon even though its not set to come on until sunset, its normal until you logon, and then within a minute or so you see it turn more orange. I'm also finding a random mouse and keyboard lag where everything goes in slow motion for a couple of seconds and then goes back to normal. Didn't have these issues on 1809 at all.
Just a personal experience. I just made an .iso out of uup files. Fully updated .86 iso. Installed, and so far, so good on my Asus laptop. No settings bug etc. Had one blue screen right after first boot, but was resolved by updating intel graphics to newest version.
No it's not available yet. It's a ISO which contains all the default Inbox apps preinstalled with each Windows 10 OS.
