That is because any fod is changed/installed, then the LCU will be re-offered/installed to update the changed components.

Ironic... I complained about AI going everywhere and such... and now I find out I won't be able to use it even if I wanted to. Man, Microsoft managed to make every computer released from 2017 up until now basically obsolete. Luckily, the NPU is not a mandatory hardware requirement as TPM and SSE4.2 are.
i have a script edited to my likings slim windows 10 online.... not sure if on 24H2 registries path changes because script doesnt apply to some registries. does microsoft change paths to registries.? on new builds. question is if i have this script wich worked fined on 23H2 but not on 24H2. is there a easy way to make it work.? how to check my script and see that on 24H2 are not the same.??
Has anyone else had an issue with Digital Licenses (linked to an MSA) not activating on new installs? My install media is a recovery drive created in build 26100.1 and my edition is Pro Education.
Apparently 24H2 is now being offered as an optional feature upgrade to at least some users in the Release Preview Channel who are currently on 23H2 (22631).

I have seen multiple reports now of people getting the 24H2 feature upgrade on Release Preview (coming from 22631.3668). I'd expect a blog/announcement on this soon.
