I was wondering the same thing. I was looking to rearrange / add or remove tiles but can't find the edit button anymore.

Have you tried a live linux usb to read that disk because windows based tools/ISO's can read a bitlocker encrypted partition with "suspended protection" & maybe some live linux utilities too?

It does install though if you force it to, at least for offline image. Just because MS doesn't update it doesn't mean you shouldn't because WinRE.wim is very exploitable. MS makes mistakes all the time anyway.

It says WinPE on the screenshot, but what is mounted is actualy WinRE.wim.

@abbodi1406 likes (at least in the past) to follow official MSFT where possible, if MSFT doesn't think it needs a specific update who are we to do it different? I always publish the packages integrated by MSFT with every released iSO, so let's see what they do at the point of GA.

    WinRE.wim without WinPE-Rejuv-Package is not a WinRE.wim

I'm sorry if this was already mentioned before.

Currently I got new laptop pre-installed with Win11 Home and it successfully activated by phone. Can I do it also in Win11 IoT Ent (maybe using MAK key)? Thanks

You got laptops with win 11 Home pre-installed and they activated by phone? How old were those laptops, for over 10 years most laptops have MSDM bios keys to activate the pre-installed windows.

MAK key activation is not supported on MDL, just use KMS_VL_ALL or MAS HWID/KMS38.

ps, these days it is very important to specifically mention the full SKU name, IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC (IoTEnterpriseS) is not the same as IoT Enterprise (IoTEnterprise).

I'd like to know the diff between Pro Workstation and Iot/LTSC. And is LTSC similar to the Ultimate versions of the past. Does Pro Workstation have anything over LTSC?

There has been no win 7 ultimate equivalent since win 8. LTSC is basically regular windows enterprise 10/11 with no MS store & no UWP apps pre-installed.

You mean windows pro because win 7 home was pretty lacking in features.

What about Pro Workstation's supposed better file system and supposed larger max ram capability? If these things are true then is Pro Workstation similar server?

could someone summarize whats up with the explorer / recall problems?
i have read not only in here but on bigger news sites that there is a problem with a crashing explorer when disabling recall. (not only on LTSC)
as far as i know LTSC has recall disabled by default? so do you get crashes with your explorer? is that a thing?

i really don't want to mess with my stable windows 10 ltsc installation just to get a buggy mess. i thought it would be kinda stable, the explorer should work without any issues.
if its just a few games bugging out on the latest update thats fine, but not the explorer.
