I do not gave fast internet but can download in 5 hours with slow internet from mirror

OPK=Oem Preinstallation Kit

Should be not installation disk but installation customization software. Not same thing

The WinSxS folder with build 560 after passing Dim++ had about 486 Mb when updating to 712 and passing Dism++ 1.5GB, this is normal
