that wintousb worked but it did warn me about installing it and also said there will be no updates or security updates. So far I can't turn off tapping because Dell Touchpad won't open in control panel. It says "we can't open this 'alpsdelltouchpadsettings' link - you device needs a new app to open this link"

Hopefully next release we would see no required reboots, or at least they make installation of all "reboot-required updates" automatic after installing "quarterly cumulative" which requires reboot.

I did and nothing new, I was saying a same things. Normally this update wouldn"t offer on OS running in the retail channel "coz it"s for insiders. But there is a possibility to install it on retail OS, how - I was writing above.
