    No, the Insider ISO is not "Insider" at all.
    It's the real, confirmed, Sun Valley 2 RTM with no Insider Preview pre-enrollment.

    If you have it in your language, you can safely use it to upgrade from your production 22000.xxx or even clean install and you will be onboard on actual Sun Valley 2 production build which will receive all the regular Cumulative Updates from here on without any issues or need to further (full) build upgrades or reinstall.

    There's not much else to add on this.

    Is there IE in 22621? if not Quickbooks wont open (at least not 2021 and older)

    Only in latest version of Microsoft Edge Chromium which has IE Mode built-in, which is a backwards compatibility for your Quick books. IE11 won't function as a standalone web browser now.

    OOBE PRO OFFLINE/LOCAL ACCOUNT STILL AVAILABLE...
    In the pt-br version it is not possible to "offline account". Tested as "Windows11_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_pt-br_22621.iso" and UUP. The "offline" option doesn't even appear for "personal use".
