lmao, i was going to report the write speed issue and record my data, the os drive is full speed consistent. Microsoft know how to cover there backs UPDATE: the only thing thats changed is smart app control is now disabled, speed are constant at moment Will give feed back in a few days If it does give constant speeds with that disabled then great but i will still reset my machine because i value security The benchmarking must of triggered the smartapp control and disabled it Nope didn't work, resetting pc fixed it
Sorry my bad what i dont see is a ISO in their that call win11 business i see education , Pro, enterprise , workstation where is business?

I understand business is just the name given to this bundle package with the multiple ISOs to choose from.
This is probably worth another thread as well If one has 1. Avast, Malwarebytes, Eset etc 2. Ransomware protection such as I have with Acronis Cyberprotect 3. Windows Firewall App protections 4. Periodic scans with Defender Enabled 5. DEP Execute Protection enabled 6. Smart Screen Enabled 7. And then smart app controls enabled I won't call it overkill, but how much of the above is really effective at blocking Malware?
With the advent of overkill PCs and legitimately good VM software, its worth looking into adding a layer of virtualization. Create 2 VMs: 1. This VM gets windows updates and does things like online banking and shopping at reputable sites, and nothing else. 2. This VM opens email, surfs the web and is for general purpose online activities. Turn the VMs off when you are not using them. Use the actual OS to game and/or work (stuff that needs the bare metal horse power). Within those 3 environments, pick the security enhancements that make the most sense.
stick with windows defender, smartapp control its very strict I enabled it on my machine after resetting, its not what i need, had to disable it ....so so strict wouldn't even let an older .net framework run Im still going to let evaluation mode run its cause though after resetting a 2nd time If you want second protection keep Malwarebytes, it will run along with defender if you enable the option
