    EP KB5027397 for 22H2 -> 23H2, KB would be the same, version could be changed anytime
    LCU for bumping the build ver (as usual), current channel LCU supports both 22H2 & 23H2 ATM

    In the past they released EPs, with 22621 they started to put it in the LCU, whatever they do we will know when they release it.

    I installed this Windows11.0-KB5030310-x64.msu on my main system (22621.2283 -> 22621.2361) and didn't get any new features
    configuration update was installed some days ago, didn't help

    and I will not switch from Retail to RP channel, Sep 26th is not that far away

    upd: I can now open 7z files with Explorer, weird
