For the public version (23h2) which should be available next week ? If there will be a "public" EP or just an LCU
EP KB5027397 for 22H2 -> 23H2, KB would be the same, version could be changed anytime LCU for bumping the build ver (as usual), current channel LCU supports both 22H2 & 23H2 ATM

Ok thanks Some on the forums say no, but I think they are just talking about the new ISO I suppose we can always integrate this EP and public LCU into an ISO 22621.1
In the past they released EPs, with 22621 they started to put it in the LCU, whatever they do we will know when they release it.
I installed this Windows11.0-KB5030310-x64.msu on my main system (22621.2283 -> 22621.2361) and didn't get any new features configuration update was installed some days ago, didn't help and I will not switch from Retail to RP channel, Sep 26th is not that far away upd: I can now open 7z files with Explorer, weird
