I dont know what you guys are talking, but for myself after installation in ENGLISH .. I went everywhere and use IOBit Unlocker and remove all the language except en-US and en_GB .. and this goes to all my installed other software also, I just keep english ..

Seems fine for me, the system is stable since I deleted those files since day one .. I managed to save more than 10GB's around with the languages I don't understand / use, because I only use English .. but of course it comes back again in case I update via re-installing method ..

i even tried the batch file to reset the task bar and nothing still no task bar
