    I have a computer with 22H2,
    install latest updates & still not give me 23H2 offer ?
    am I doing somthing wrong

    sometimes the settings page takes ages to load the cards since it installed 2 online experience packs , 1 for accounts and 1 for settings

    The 3 top updates are the cause, if you dont have them installed ..pause WU
    startmenu is fine if you dont have recent opened browser history enabled
    thats broken aswel:D

    you probably dont have a feature set enabled by default
    And you probably dont have 365 and xbox ultimate subscriptions cards

    Yes, I notice the circle every time I open Settings, it was instantaneous before, cloud widget also takes a while to load. MS must have "improved" something again. Any chance you block something like ads via HOSTS, DNS or a firewall?

    ive just reverted using a system image untill next update ...its trashed big time
