Is another update coming out this Thursday? I can keep up with idea of 2nd Tuesday of the month for security updated, but Preview update schedule seems relatively random...
As Brandon LeBlanc said on Twitter, there is an issue right now with the update not being properly pushed out to the RP Channel (some WI staff are busy preparing for MSBuild, and are not in the office right now, which complicates things). Obviously this is not going out to Retail (yes, I know about uupdump, I am talking about actually pushing the update to customers through Windows Update) until May 28th.
and again you didn't get it the 2nd week is for Insider Release Preview releases, after some weeks slightly revised version will be released as Preview on the 4th week of the month (used to be on the 3rd week)
