Hello everyone! Been a while since I last posted here but I got a quick question that I need to be straighten out once and for all. Exhibit A: en-us_windows_11_business_editions_version_23h2_updated_may_2024_x64_dvd_97f0b7e9.iso MD5: 405698db6b8fcd5ca93ee6ef511d05bf Exhibit B: SW_DVD9_Win_Pro_11_23H2.6_Arm64_English_Pro_Ent_EDU_N_MLF_X23-75528.iso MD5: aa5b8f62cd98e372912c8187c59c70d5 From what I understand both is Microsoft Windows 11 [10.0.22631.3593], Version 23H2 (Updated May 2024) but what is the main difference between them, any specific traits? Thanks in advance!
@RokkumanX Exhibit A: Meant for regular x64 devices. Exhibit B: Meant for Arm64 devices, like the Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered laptops or Apple Silicon hardware (via virtualization).
Brandon LeBlanc (Windows Insider Senior Program Manager) did it last night and it worked fine (22635.3640 -> 26100.712)
yea i did via iso.... didnt like it... half of the features we have arent carried over or didnt work wouldnt work by switching channels
copilot is down ....theres nothing wrong with beta CU ..just a heads up, its down for everyone in all channels including retail still functional in edge search ....but side bar and app is not
I was not offered build 26100 when I switched my insider channel to the Release Preview Channel from the Beta Channel. So I downloaded the Microsoft ISO and installed it on top of my existing installation, and it works. However, it was slower than normal for the first hour or so
may i ask what software do you use to take screen recording. what is the difference Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.22635.3646 Windows 11 Insider Preview 26100.712
didnt have slowness when i tried it.. booted faster and that tiny pause when logging in has been fixed ...its just that i missed the features from beta
