It was just a thought, in case the appraiserres.dll is from an earlier version but the actual dialog text is up-to-date. Strange things can happen in a version mix-up case. Personally, I don't have encountered the message with a fixed ISO, yet.
Thank you very much. It seems to download from the Internet early in the installation from this build. Only while you start from the installation media and the EULA screen comes out after the keyboard selection screen appears If you don't have an Internet connection, Method 2 of Boot and Upgrade Kit v2.0 also works perfectly.
After recreating it, method =2 was perfect. >Boot and Upgrade Kit V2.0 Method:2. What the hell was that? I made a fuss. I'm sorry. Both method =1 and =2 are perfect.
Look like that build is better then the release one . It is funny that they can fix it it this build but the one that they are going to release to the public has the bug.
Be assured that there will be a Cumulative update released on 5th Oct 2021. Expected or rumored fixes in that update: Fix for Ryzen L3 cache (Backported from latest Dev Build) Recycle Bin and Desktop icons like Control Panel, Network, etc having new context menu style (Again backported from Dev Build) Bug Fixes Slight changes to Setup OOBE
At some point there will be a new ISO/ESD with new updates in and a few days later there will be a new lcu anyway.
