U need to install the epson factory software that gives you the drives plus all the scanning and printer apps.
I've tried several solutions found in the Internet, but I still keep getting the f 0x80888002 download error... Do I really have to reinstall Windows 11 from scratch or is there any tool made by someone that can fix this?

That's usually associated with unsupported hardware being blocked, or telemetry settings not being set to full - getting insider builds via windows update requires it.
