    OK, the number of cores is new. I only have 4 cores and the setup starts. Strange.

    Two CPUs. That's the problem. This causes the BSOD.

    Always worked before, it's how vmware sets it by default, but will run the test as soon as my 25115.1000 clean install MRP test is finished:)

    Before it was because of the UUP system not downloading/integrating the apps but notepad is integrated according to the UUP>ISO conversion log.

    Yes, is integrated, but removed after the installation of Windows. Strange behavior.

    Maybe this is the problem with the apps (Get-AppxLog -All):

    Packages with the following full package names were not registered due to sideload policy restrictions:

    The list includes all apps that will be uninstalled later, including Notepad.

    I found that the system would limit the number of apps that could be installed offline to 20, however there's not an obvious way to bypass that restriction.

    Your guys with a lot of probs, maybe, just maybe your running on amd, right.
