I think build 22621 already have .NET Framework 4.8.1

can you check Release value under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client]

 

22622,after install Windows11.0-KB5015737-x64-NDP48.cab,it is 0x00082348(533320)

 

That .NETFX update is for the 22621/2 and 25xxx builds only, recently updated. But it has the same Release value.

 

network seems fine for me, all folders showing and populated

 

The updated KB5015737 with 25158.1000 specifically apply to build 22621 and later

NDP48 updates don't change or increase Release value

 

Yes you're correct, I'll correct my post now.

 

Anyone using StartAllBack with this version? As soon as I activate it, the screen goes all white and cannot do anything until I rollback to previous version of Windows. Never had a problem with StartAllBack with any Insider build till now.

 

Sorry, ... but you can't expect StartAllBack to be up to date with every insider release, I have it installed and it disables itself immediately with every incompatible release issued... however it does re-enable itself (with a compatible release) when upgrading via winget (desktop app installer)

 

Yes. My screen flickered.
Ctrl + Esc, the Start menu comes up. I started Total Commander. I disabled it by running C:\Program Files\StartAllBack\StartAllBackCfg.exe.
