@Enthousiast i didn't have any problem installing the .22000.160 (uup) or 22000.194 (preview client iso) on my machine a Ryzen 7 1700 PRO, both isos have the cpufms.ini Is this right? or all these checks is just for updating on windows? i did a clean install from boot and format. My motherboard have the TPM 2.0 option wich was enabled. I didn't have to resort to the Upgrade Kit Fix yet.
If TPM 2.0 is enabled, Windows is generally not causing too many installation issues. My Intel NUC with Core i3 4010U with TPM 2.0 installs Windows 11 from unmodified USB setup without any drama.
Personal opinion is there is no actual final version. Just periodic ISO releases with the latest CU updates. Manufacturers are already releasing computers with W 11 preloaded. So far we have had 22000.132 and 22000.194 ISO's released. No doubt that trend just will continue, ISO's released when M$ sees the need. So to average user, just go ahead and download whatever the latest is now, currently 22000.194.
That's exactly how it works right now. Some OEMs received 22000.9 ISO, some used 22000.132 or 22000.194 ones but all started imaging from 22000.xxx All laptops they will sell with those preinstalled images will provide the same identical experience of people who just clean installed any 22000.xxx build since last June -> ALL will be asked to update to latest CU via new connected OOBE so everyone will be on par to latest version to that date.
What even is this version of Windows? I thought it was the "red herring" build to deflect attention away from them secretly making windows 11?

Bad wording, sorry I meant in the sense of officially an MS link via adguard store link generator. Update. Oops wrong version too. Post deleted.
