Good day Newbie here, quick question does this work with a fresh install? and do I need to have a product key?

 

Windows 11 (22000.2360) is available on UUP dump, looks like Retail channel

 

uupdump.net just getting 502 Bad

 

I self host it for myself, anyone else can try local server version

so what? generate it manually: run uupdump-get-packs.cmd script

ERROR: Server did not return any updates.

 

that update is available only on RP channel (CU is available in Retail, but it's not usable for building ISO) and this channel is banned in Russia / Belarus
so try to change your location or disable VPN if you use it
another reason for that error is blocked MSFT endpoints in your host file, so check that file and your direct connection to MSFT
