It's a part of an application called 'Powertoys' you can disable it by going under settings in PowerToys.

I'm having issues building an ISO image from UUP for 22000.51 arm64. The CU package (KB5004564) seems to be broken. Downloaded from UUPDump.ml, it doesn't seem to be able to convert PSF file. The script from uup.tb-adguard.net converts fine, but then DISM fails with 0x80092004 or 0x800f0988. Is it something known already? I need an ISO to install it in Hyper-V...
