Windows 10 Pro will give you far from everything. Highest are Enterprise/Education. Server 2019 Datacenter is the highest of the normal SKUs (Standard < Datacenter), however, there are other SKUs for special tasks. Not as easy as with Windows 10.

MTK (latest ver 2.6.4) might work, but is no longer in development (abandoned). Please use an up-to-date solution like KMS_VL_ALL.
Hello @ramg1967 I try the PS-commands above, using "/index:2" for ServerStandard. All PS-commands are working fine w/o any error, but NTLite still shows only "Standard Evaluation (Desktop)"... Do the PS-commands NOT convert from eval to "normal" edition? Two screenshots are attached, showing the problem... What to do in this case? Best regards Peter

Removed the EVAL version and am installing DataCenter(DesktopExperience) now Does this mean its activated for almost 7000 days?
Are you using the above trial image and convert it to DC: dism /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter ... ? My updated DC installation (also v10.0.17763.253) shows the default 180 days
