I used to pirate some games. Now I look up reviews on them instead of pirating which is mostly due to laziness and lack of storage but also because I want to support the devs. Also my OCD wants all games in one place..
If a game I'm interested in doesn't have a demo then yeah, I'll pirate just to see if it's worth buying, if it's good then I make the purchase and delete the pirated content.
i have pirated a lot of games in the past, but i stopped many years ago, because i prefer to play the originals on steam and get game updates and achievements. for AAA games i simply wait for the prices to come down to somewhere around 10 EUR before buying (i'm not an impatient kid anymore ) -andy-
where can i find a site where i can download sames say from 2015 to 2017 for the following subject nhl , nfl and mlb plz? thx
I'll pirate a game to see if it keeps my attention or not. If it turns out to be a winner, I will buy it. However, I generally loose interest in most games after an hour and never touch them again. I would lose so much money if I paid for games only to not like them.
Games prices are the same for rich and poor countries.those prices may be suitable for rich countries people but they are definitely way more expensive in poor countries. i'll literally have to give my 50% of one month salary just to buy a decent game. i get games from R G Mechanics mirror site, mr dj and fitgirl repacks are also good but i prefer r g mechanics bcoz they have very large number of game repacks and have mega link for all of them
Used to do so more often, now I have such a backlog of legit games (about 1300 steam games) theres little point unless its a game I like and I want to play before it drops in price as £40 these days is a big outlay for something I may never play, £10 is the average £20 for a big name like GTAV(though bought that on offer before launch for £18)
If everybody worked for Apple, MSFT etc then there will be no pirates at all!. I agree with you, in poor countries game costs too much and I simply hate burn more data from limited bandwidth even after purchasing a game. So, Fitgirl, RGM works for me.
Never have, never will. I don't even TOR or 4chan. Life is too short. Besides, I exist to test games...it's my hobby since 1985. Kinda "burning the bridges" if I am also stealing games. TQQdles™
I do on occasion, simply because I've been let down by the modern games industry too many times to justify throwing $60 at something I'll most likely never touch after a few hours. I very much treat it like a free trial, and if I want to hand over my money to support development of future titles, I will. However, an evil publisher that abuses their studio probably isn't going to see any of my Andrew Jacksons.
