And what would the best version be or can I just pick whatever I want? Are there differences between the converted ESD to ISO or just downloading the ISO?
That info is at the OP, client doesn't contain Enterprise and now it also lacks pro-edu and pro-ws. I don't get why people seem to need this iso, it's just released because msft is obligated to by some agreement or business model. It is already superseded by the july CU and Flash updates. The 17134.112 ClientConsumer iso/esd's contain less sku's compared to the original realease iso's (17134.1).
I mean, in the ESD repositories there's "Client business volume ISO edition" and there's "Client Business Multi ISO Edition", both contain the same OS (Windows 10 Edu, Enterprise and Pro plus N versions). My question is what would be the difference between both.
I only see ClientConsumer and ClientBusiness ESD in the second post (@abbodi1406) of the ESD repo: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-esd-repository.59082/#post-992532
There's two repositories in the 2nd post, one that says "all" and another says "all + arm64" and svc refresh
One is first release 17134.1 and the other is the july refresh 17134.112 repo. All only show ClientConsumer and ClientBusiness ESD's (filenames) and all are multi/aio, the subscription title/info is by @abbodi1406
So, my windows 10 Pro (currently build 17134), which I have been using since forever, and was installed over Windows 7. Windows just got automatically updated (dont know why, never did it before) and now I am getting a blue popup every 5 mins. Your Windows license will expire soon Go to settings to active windows... Under settings it shows Edition - Windows 10 Pro Activation - Windows is activated using your organization activation service Update your Product Key Is there a way to fix this? I have tried a bunch of different methods online. From Command Prompt, to registry and so on. My Windows shows active via System. But I am still getting this message. Had this machine for couple of years. At the same time, if it came down to it. I just search for a more recent copy of Windows 10 and reinstall if thats the only option. Thanks in advance.
that means you have activated Windows using a KMS activator and for sure your Antivirus have blocked or deleted the KMS service, anyway should ask for support about this in the proper from area, which is this one: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/forums/kms-tools.51/
if my window 10 enterprise is digitaly activated by digital licence , it means its going to activated for life time till I have same hardware
I have problems with the April Update with my Fujitsu Siemens notebook Esprimo Mobile v6515. It has NVIDIA MCP79MVL chipset and as disk I use a Samsung SSD 840 Pro 256 GB. The problem is that Windows always shut down after a few minutes that I start it
KB4340917 (OS Build 17134.191) is out. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update but here is a list of improvements and fixes: Spoiler: List of improvements and fixes [*]Addresses an issue that causes devices within Active Directory or Hybrid AADJ++ domains to unexpectedly unenroll from Microsoft Intune or third-party MDM services after installing provisioning package updates (PPKG). This issue occurs on devices that are subject to the Auto MDM Enrollment with AAD Token Group Policy. If you ran the script Disable-AutoEnrollMDMCSE.PS1 as a workaround for this issue, run Enable-AutoEnrollMDMCSE.PS1 from a PowerShell window in Administrator mode after installing this update. [*]Addresses additional issues with updated time zone information. [*]Improves the ability of the Universal CRT Ctype family of functions to handle EOF as valid input. [*]Addresses an issue with registration in the "Push to Install" service. [*]Addresses an issue with Roaming User Profiles where the AppData\Local and AppData\Locallow folders are incorrectly synchronized at user logon and logoff. For more information, see KB4340390. [*]Addresses issues related to peripherals that use Quality of Service (QoS) parameters for Bluetooth connections. [*]Addresses an issue that causes SQL Server memory usage to grow over time when encrypting data using a symmetric key that has a certificate. Then, you execute queries that open and close the symmetric key in a recursive loop. [*]Addresses an issue where using an invalid password in a wireless PEAP environment that has SSO enabled submits two authentication requests with the invalid password. The excess authentication request may cause premature account lockouts in environments with low account lockout thresholds. To enable the changes, add the new registry key DisableAuthRetry (Dword) on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RasMan\PPP\EAP\26 using regedit, and set it to 1. [*]Addresses an issue that prevents OpenType fonts from printing in Win32 applications. [*]Addresses an issue with DNS Response Rate Limiting that causes a memory leak when enabled with LogOnly mode. [*]Addresses an issue in a RemoteApp session that may result in a black screen when maximizing an app window on a secondary monitor. [*]Addresses an issue in IME that causes unexpected finalization of strings during Japanese input in applications such as Microsoft Outlook.
