Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 - The letter "S" stands for "Stable". Just how long will it take for people to figure that out that simple concept? Don't be a slave to the idea that you have to install the newest, shiniest version of Windows 10. It's not worth the trouble.

you might be right. in windows 10 s-mode, s stand for "sucky" "sick" "sloppy" "smelly".

make sure your mainboard BIOS is fully updated to last stable version.

How can I get Windows 10 Pro for Workstation ISO for clean install purpose? Neither the Heidoc tool or MDL links can point me to this resource.

My new laptop come with the mentioned version, but can't get the ISO for clean install.

Try install direct from HDD using WinPE 10. I never have problem with any system

 

Try install with WinPE 10. Boot to WinPE 10 and install direct from HDD
