I already tried firefox but that tool did not work with Firefox.. I think i should use it with IE or Edge
Hi WindowsGeek , I already tried it with firefox but no success.. I think i have to use IE or Edge for that intel tool
Perhaps, you might want to try 'Read & Write utility'(RWEverything) latest version. It might provide you the information you want regarding your Chipset.
the tool should work even with google chrome....are u running the latest version of chrome? make sure u have flash player install in your box sounds like your browser is missing a few add on.
Hi MS_User ; I am using the latest Google Chrome Enterprise 59.0.3071.86 and latest flash player 26.0.0.126 and activated within chrome settings. But i really dont understand this strange issue..Intel tool started to give system error.. The error is " Bad session Data"
sounds like corruption the problem in windows10 when u start to remove apps and services u break the OS and later other things stop working and run into problems.
@MS_User I run Intel system identification tool in Chrome. Everything went well but it didn't show any data and didn't even show any errors like @tefor has mentioned that he is getting 'bad session data'. But as soon as I use Edge it showed all the details. So it is giving some idea that this tool isn't compatible with Chrome but need other users too to confirm this.
Hi MS_User , yes i removed most of the packages using MSMG toolkit.. Maybe this can cause the system corruption Thank you
the only thing i can tell u is backup...and do a system reset and win10 will restore back default settings....good luck.
^^ yep really, but you need understand that you use Sandra ONLY one time then when are complete simple save result for future use and remove the application ok
No Intel tool didn't give details but CPUZ shows everything. But in other laptop it didn't give full details. It was like "H8x/P8x" as you've mentioned here.
