    How to get the HEVC extension for free and if you can get it for free will it be as same as the paid version? Im on W11 Pro.

    No, paid version supports 4K and hardware acceleration. Free version exists just to get HEVC working, technically it is "fake".

    So you're saying Free is just an "enablement" package?
