try this one for the conversion, i just found it here => https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...install-activation.62571/page-28#post-1150042 and for the activation, try this one, also found it here, it seems that both tools are from the same person => https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...pro-and-office-2013.49686/page-76#post-838808
It always depends...on something in addition to the build. There's some other factor. I've tried that build and Fast, including the ones released today, but nada. Yet, others have seen it, like yourself. I just don't know what the X factor is. You would think that at least the ribbon with the new icons (which look fairly radically different than the old ones), as opposed to the slim ribbon which is still in test and hidden behind Coming Soon, would be easy, but no.
When trying to convert from Retail to Volume I'm getting the following error: Error: 0xC004F01F On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004F01F' to display the error text. I've installed office 365 on W10 64bit. What can be the problem?
Had a similar issue today when trying to install Office 2019 ProPlus, I did just as you described above. System is x64, office install is x86. I used an older build of OfficeRTool2018Jul19 since it was the only other build I had. Installation and conversion from retail to volume both worked fine.

Should i convert Office 365 ProPlus Retail => VL to 1. Office 2016 Professional Plus (OfficeRTool) 2. Office 2016 Mondo (C2R-R2V) [O365 features] ???? 3. Office 2019 ProPlus (C2R-R2V) [Win 7/8 only] ???? I dont understand the differences
btw I have got an "unknown software error" after I try to start any 2019 office app after I installed it on win7 and changed into VL with the tool...
2 should be you choice 3 is for those who want Office 2019 on Win7/8.1, otherwise, option 2 is the choice too
Thank you! Just realised that only option 1 gives me the new ui new ui disappears after Retail => VL conversion Any reason?
@kunjar @molarc @others I will look into this the next days.... Expect a new, fixed OfficeRTool version.
Hello, Trying to convert/activate Office 2019 ProPlus with this tool, work with almost any computer I tried except my laptop. Converting returns error 0xc004f01f and activation says "No instance(s) available" twice followed by "Activation Failed". I'm using nov19 version. Any ideas? Thanks
