In my experience, OfficeRTool does not with proxy auto config, the downloading portion is totally crippled. I had to set http_proxy environment variable in order to get OfficeRTool to work.
is there anyway we can get in touch with VL image of office 2019? or still we are working with conversion of retail to vl?

I have Office 2019 Pro Plus as a ISO file. Is there a way I can convert Office 2019 Pro Plus to VL, not the click to run? Thank You.
Although the wording of your question is inaccurate, the answer is no. btw, C2R = Install\Dist method, VL = Channel. "Opposite" of C2R is MSI, "opposite" of VL is Retail.
Hello, I'm using the latest OfficeRTool, everything works fine, however when I try and activate (K) I am getting this error: Code: Use internal OfficeRTool KMS server (1/0)? > \Microsoft was unexpected at this time. Seems like this is a path error? Can anyone shed any light? Thanks
What did you enter as answer? 1, 0 or nothing? Normally you should always enter 1 to use internal KMS server.
