You meant "converting to VL - worked"? Because else converting to retail could have caused the KMS activation failure.

Other reason why activation may have failed: Former Office version was not fully removed / cleaned from the system. I suggest to use OfficeScrubber from abbodi1406 and redo installation.

I make a Windows10 iso with integratet Office 2019 - it will be installed with the setupcomplete.cmd (yaoctri(r)). How to add autoactivation for office 2019 during the installation? (Maybe for win10 too)
