Why they returned to setup.exe instead setupodt.exe?

 

I wasn't able to download office files with this version. after many retries revert to previous version of ODT and everything was again ok.

CMD WOTOK can't download DevMain (probably others too - error says that url doesn't exist on the server)

GUI WOTOK works fine

If you have never started IE, start IE once. The Start-BitsTransfer used requires at least one IE start.

Yes, it's working in 2004 however not in 1607.

I don't see any usable files for installing Office 2019, what am I missing?
